Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item has all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• The product is not listed under “Non-Returnable Items” (see Section 5).
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer support at 📧 support@riptide.co.in with your order details.
• Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our return address.
• Once received, our team will inspect the item and process the refund or exchange accordingly.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product).

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it while requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotional discounts.
• Innerwear, accessories, and customized items for hygiene reasons.
• Products that are used, washed, or damaged due to customer negligence.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
